It is misleading and inaccurate to say that Acton Housing Association, part of the Dominion Housing Group, has βthe worst record for spendingβ.
According to figures published by the Housing Corporation, we spent Β£51.3m against a target of Β£36.9, completed 462 homes against a target of 347 and took up allocations of Β£92m against a target of Β£68.2m (135%). Far from failing, this made us one of the five best performing developers in the country.
