Architect buys 70-strong business headquartered in Dubai
Architect TP Bennett has bought Middle East design and engineering consultant Bluehaus for an undisclosed sum.
The firm said the deal for the 70-strong business will 鈥渨ill enhance TP Bennett鈥檚 international reach and bring on board Bluehaus鈥� extensive experience of design and delivery in the Middle Eastern region鈥�.
Bluehaus was set up 23 years ago and works out of three offices in Dubai, where its headquarters are, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
The multidisciplinary specialises in interior design, architecture and MEP engineering with its clients including finance firms Credit Suisse and BlackRock as well as online retailer Amazon.
Bennett鈥檚 said Bluehaus founder Ben Corrigan will continue to lead the Middle East offices and take a seat on its board.

Bennett, which was founded in 1921, employs 360 staff across three offices in London, Manchester and Leeds.
In its last set of results for the year to March 2024, the firm posted turnover flat at 拢43m with operating profit down 5% to 拢11.3m.
