Lovell has started work on a terraced house scheme designed to update Manchesterβs βCoronation Streetβ image.
The housebuilder started work last week on the first phase of a Β£65m development on Toxteth Street in Openshaw, east Manchester. The 10.3ha scheme consists of 390 townhouses, 36 apartments and six bungalows. The houses will be a mix of private sale and social-rented housing.
